OUR FREE UK DELIVERY OPTION Excluding discounted products & Bikes

We offer free shipping on all UK orders over £300 with the exception of bikes & items that are already on clearance. All discounted products & bikes are not shipped free.

HOW WE SHIP YOUR ORDER

If your order is placed before 11am, it will ship that same day except on Saturdays & Sundays. You have a choice of delivery options for UK deliveries, each has a different cost. Some are trackable and guaranteed, some are not.

Rural locations

For some rural locations, delivery can take a day longer than the usual estimates. If you think your area might be affected, just get in touch with us and we’ll be able to let you know.

Signed-for deliveries

All tracked and guaranteed services need to be signed for, which means that someone needs to be present at the delivery address at the time of delivery to accept the order and sign for it. Unfortunately, we can’t arrange for special instructions like leaving your delivery with a neighbour or in a safe place – sorry!

As our range of products vary, the price of delivery can vary too due to the weight and size of a product so not all delivery prices will be applicable to the ones listed above.

RETURNS

OUR RETURNS POLICY
We are happy to exchange or refund anything you've bought for up to 14 days from the date you receive it, so long as it’s in perfect, unused
condition. If you'd like to return or exchange an item you bought more than 14 days, then please email us about it first at [email protected].
Returning or exchanging an item does not affect your statutory rights. You’ll find the official cancellation policy within full our Terms & Conditions.
WANT TO RETURN SOMETHING?

With your order there will be a receipt attached. If you can attach this in your parcel when returning back to us or give us an email notifying that you want to return your order [email protected]

WHO COVERS THE COST OF RETURNING AN ITEM?
You’re responsible for the cost of returning items to us, but if you choose an
exchange, we’ll be happy to cover the cost of shipping things back to you.
ITEMS THAT YOU CAN’T RETURN...
Anything that’s missing its tags or isn’t in a perfect, new and unused condition, including all of its packaging.
Skis and ski bindings which have been mounted, because these will have been done to your specific requirements and can’t be resold. Underwear.
SOMETHING NOT WORKING? You have a 30 day right to reject faulty goods. 
If you think your item’s faulty, please get in touch by emailing
[email protected] and we’ll do everything we can to help. Make sure you email or get in touch with us before you send the item.

If your item is still covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, we can facilitate your claim. The manufacturer may need to inspect it first, but once we confirm that it’s faulty, it will be repaired, replaced or refunded.

If it’s found not to be faulty, we wouldn’t be able to cover the cost of sending your item back to you, which is why it’s really important that you get in touch with us first. Don’t worry though, it’s pretty rare that this ever happens, and we’ll always do everything we can to help.

For items purchased online, you can send them back for a full refund within 28 days, provided it has not been used. Email [email protected] to discuss returning your order.
