With a 78mm waist, Ultra Light Woodcore and beautiful graphic finish it’s perfect for all alpine touring enthusiasts. It’s exceptionally light for climbing but still performs on the way down – the smaller waist width and All Mountain Rocker ensure total control at all times even on hardpack, while the Step Down Sidewall construction absorbs shocks, makes it robust and ensures solid edge grip on all terrain. Finally for skinning you can choose between 100% Mohair PreFit skins, custom-made for the Backland 78, or our MultiFit AM Rocker Skins that can be trimmed and fitted to size.
